You buy one licence, you may use Delta on up to three of your own devices, for personal or commercial work, forever. Don't resell it or share your key.
If it isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you'll get one. Delta is a diffing tool, not a guarantee — check your own work before you ship.
These terms are an agreement between you and Correy Wheatley ("we", "us"), the maker of the Delta browser extension and the website at delta-diff.vercel.app. By installing Delta, buying a licence, or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Delta.
Delta is a Chrome extension that records the rendered state of a web page and reports the differences between two recordings. It runs in your browser. It is a developer and design tool offered as-is, and it is not a testing, compliance, accessibility, or quality-assurance guarantee.
When you buy Delta we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the software:
The licence is granted to one person or one company. If your team needs more seats, buy more licences.
You keep every right you already had. We claim no ownership over the pages you diff, the data Delta produces about them, or anything you build using it.
Delta includes a limited number of free comparisons so you can evaluate it before buying. The trial is provided as a courtesy, with no warranty and no obligation on our part to keep offering it.
Delta is sold for a one-time fee of 29 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you live; you are responsible for those taxes unless we are legally required to collect them.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We may change the price of Delta at any time, but a price change never affects a licence you have already bought.
If Delta isn't right for you, email m6ywn5v46f@privaterelay.appleid.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't have to explain why.
Refunding a purchase deactivates the licence key attached to it.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy and nothing here limits them.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may stop distributing or supporting Delta entirely. If we discontinue it, any copy already installed on your device keeps working, but we are not obliged to keep the licence server, this website, or the update channel running indefinitely.
Delta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In plain terms: Delta may miss a change, report a change that doesn't matter, or misinterpret an unusual page. It reads the rendered DOM, which means dynamic content, animations, lazy loading, and heavily reordered lists can produce noisy or incomplete results. Do not treat Delta's output as a substitute for reviewing your own work.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use Delta — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Delta is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using Delta at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms — for example by sharing your key publicly or circumventing the licensing system. Where the breach can be fixed, we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make a reasonable effort to tell licence holders by email. Continuing to use Delta after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the British Virgin Islands, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief anywhere it is needed.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
